Visit the school with your child for a family interview

The first step in the admissions process is to visit the school with your child for a family interview and information session. This is a great opportunity for you to have a tour of our school where you will observe our beautiful classrooms in action and meet with a member of our admissions team to have all your questions answered. At this time your child will enjoy working with a sampling of the Montessori materials for us to get a sense of their personality and development.

Submit an application

To begin the formal enrollment process, please complete a student application below and return it to Keystone with a non-refundable application fee of $50 per family. Payment is integrated into the end of the application form.

Click here to apply for our programs for infants or toddlers (Beginners' Program), or preschool/kindergarten (Children's House).

Click here to apply for our Elementary program (Grades 1 – 6).

Schedule a time to observe in the classroom (optional)

Parents only - after your application has been received, we will notify you to confirm. If you would like to come observe more in one of our classrooms, we welcome you to do so. Classroom observations usually last about 30-45 minutes and we ask that you do not bring your child. Observing in a classroom is not a mandatory part of the admissions process, but many feel it helps aid in their understanding of the Montessori method and the classroom dynamics.

Receiving an admission decision

Keystone does not guarantee admissions to all applicants. Our admissions and interview process aids us in understanding your needs and the individual needs of your child. Through the interview process we have the opportunity to interact with your child, observe how they approach the materials and manipulate them, how they respond to direction and redirection, and determine if there is potential for success in our Montessori environment. The admissions team meets weekly and if we can offer your child enrollment, you will receive an enrollment packet which will include the tuition agreement/contract and other information.
If we cannot offer your child enrollment, you will receive a letter notifying you that we cannot accommodate your child in our program at this time.
